The authors aimed to identify the problems and causes through this presentation by making analysis in the present condition of the management of small enterprises, which cover the bigger percent among all business entities in Mongolia, find the solutions and raise their options based on their and international experiences. Therefore, they concentrated mostly to identify practical problems in management of the SMEs based on the research works made by the secondary sources such as the governmental, public, international and professional organizations and institutes, study on SME laws and regulations and various reports of the projects and programs implemented in this field.
