본 논문에서 제안한 소셜 네트워킹 기반 e-health 시스템은 공동설계 및 정보시스템의 개념에 기초하여 하이브리드 클라우드 컴퓨팅 구조와 두 개의 알고리즘을 이용하여 설계되었다. 첫 번째 알고리즘에서, 워킹그룹 리스트가 P2P 네트워크상에서 초기화되며 스웨덴 국립 프로젝트(NPO)와 같은 현재의 네트워크에 통합된다. 두 번째 알고리즘은 사용자에게 거리, 시간과 위치 요소를 이용하여 소셜 네트워크 검색을 할 수 있는 능력을 제공한다. 100개의 설문과 스웨덴의 의료기관 종사자들과의 인터뷰를 통해 환자들이 정보 시스템을 이용하는 방법이나 헬스 분야에서 소셜 네트워크의 역할을 분석하였다. 추가적인 실험을 통해 제안한 알고리즘들의 실행시간이 기존의 Azure P2P 네트워크보다 적게 걸림을 확인하였으며, 워킹그룹들이 추가되는 경우에도 소셜 네트워크 기반 e-health 시스템에서는 워킹그룹 당 노드의 증가율을 제어할 수 있음을 검증하였다.

This paper proposed a social network based e-health system. It is designed with hybrid cloud computing architecture and two algorithms which use the concept of co-design and human information system. In the first algorithm, the working group list is initialized into a P2P network and integrated with the current network such as Swedish National projects (NPO). The second algorithm gives users ability to search through social network using factors such as distance, time and location. In empirical study, we investigate important aspects such as relation in the way patients use the information system or the roles of the social network in healthcare sector. Our survey was based on 100 questionnaires and some interviews with health care workers in Sweden. In addition, experimental results show that the proposed algorithms have execution time less than other networks such as Azure P2P network. As other contribution, in the proposed social network based e-health system, increasing rate of the nodes per working group can be controlled as the number of working group list increases.
