A Study on the Relationship among Mentoring Experience, Coaching Confidence and Job Satisfaction of Coaches in School Athletic Team

The purpose of this study was to find out relationship between mentoring experience, coaching confidence and job satisfaction of instructors in school athletic team. Using a purposive sampling method, 285 instructors in school athletic team were selected. Frequency analysis, confirmatory factor analysis, reliability analysis, correlations analysis and structural equation model analysis were executed using SPSS Window 15.0 Version and AMOS 7.0 programs. As the results, the following conclusion was derived. Firstly, it was discovered that mentoring experience had static influence to coaching confidence. Secondly, it showed that mentoring experience gave static influence to job satisfaction. Third, the coaching confidence affect to job satisfaction.
