The purpose of this study is to investigate the effect of volunteer participants of disabled sport events’ participation motivation on the participation satisfaction and persistence intention. A survey was conducted on 177 people who were involved in disable sport events as a volunteer. the data were analyzed by reliability analysis, exploratory factor analysis, confirmatory factor analysis and structural equation model using SPSS Win 18.0 and AMOS 18.0. The results is as follows : First, career advancement which is the sub-factor of participation motivation about volunteer participants of disabled sport events has a positive effect on satisfaction. Second, satisfaction about volunteer participants of disabled sport events has a positive effect on persistence intension.
