The purpose of this study was to examine the past and present experience of ballet experts in an effort to step up the revitalization of ballet as culture. It's specifically meant to make a qualitative and phenomenological research to seek ways of revitalizing ballet among people in general as good culture in terms of three: national support, operation of professional ballet companies and human resources involving choreographers and dancers. The findings of the study were as follows: First, in terms of national support for the revitalization of ballet, the government should encourage more groups to permanently stay in performance halls by offering more extensive assistance, and provide a full-fledged aid to improve the welfare of dancers. Second, in terms of operation of professional ballet companies, a lot of professional ballet companies should be established to give more opportunities for ballet majors to find a job, and people in general should be given more chances to enjoy the arts and culture. For instance, theaters should prepare lots of yearly ballet performance programs, and ballet companies should provide dance education programs. Finally, in terms of human resources involving dancers and choreographers, the equilibrium of demand and supply is required to ensure the bright future of the ballet community, and artists including dancers and choreographers should fully be assisted to show their artistry and what they can do.
