스마트폰은 지난 2009 년 아이폰 출시를 시작으로 국내에 소개된 후 기기판매, 통신가입자수, 관련 에플리케이션 등에서 유래없는 초고속성장을 하고 있다. 그러나 아직 등장이 얼마되지 않아 관련연구는 부족한 실정이며 특히 실제사용을 파악하기 위한 실증적 연구는 더욱 미진한 편이라고 할 수 있다. 본 연구는 스마트폰 기반의 무선인터넷 사용전략을 파악하기 위하여 스마트폰으로 무선인터넷을 사용하는 사용자들의 사용의도와 실제사용에 영향을 미치는 요인을 검증하였다. 연구모형은 즉시접속성, 지각된 사용용이성, 지각된 편의성을 요인으로 실제사용과 사용의도에 미치는 영향을 중심으로 구성하였다. 설문조사는 스마트폰으로 무선인터넷을 사용하고 있는 사용자를 대상으로 하였다. 분석에 활용된 최종응답자수는 202 명으로 회수된 설문 중에서 무응답, 불성실한 응답 등을 제외하였다. 자료분석은 구조방정식모형분석에 기초하여 AMOS 18 버전으로 수행하였다. 연구결과 즉시접속성, 지각된 편의성은 사용의도에 중요한 변수임이 확인되었으며 사용의도는 실제사용에 강한 영향을 미치고 있는 것으로 나타났다.

Since the introduction of i-Phone in 2009 in the nation, smart phones have made unprecedented high-speed growth in terms of units sold, number of subscribers, and related applications. However, the concerned researches are in shortage given the short time since their introduction. The shortage of empirical research on actual usage of smart phones is even more prominent. This study set out to investigate smart phone-based wireless Internet usage strategies by testing the factors affecting the intention to use and actual usage of people using wireless Internet on their smart phones. The research model was built with such factors as instant connectivity, perceived ease of use, and perceived convenience with their influence on actual usage and intention to use at the center. A survey was also taken with users of wireless Internet on their smart phones. After excluding questionnaires that provided no responses or insincere responses, total 202 were used in analysis. Collected data were analyzed with the AMOS 18 version based on structure equation modeling. As a result, instant connectivity and perceived convenience turned out to be important variables for intention to use, which had powerful impacts on actual usage.
