Determinants of Adoption of Mobile Cloud Computing Services: A Principal-Agent Perspective

Recently, most people have no doubt about the fast-growing trend of mobile cloud computing, so there may be some determinants of adoption of mobile cloud mitigate uncertainty perceptions. In this paper, these concerns will be discussed through an empirical analysis in terms of the principal-agent perspective and assume that fears of service provider opportunism, perceived information asymmetry, information privacy & security concerns works as uncertainty antecedents of mobile cloud utilization, otherwise trust, convenience, social presence works as uncertainty motivators. This research is intended to find out the determinants of individual users adoption of mobile cloud computing.
