방과 후 학교 체육 프로그램 참가가 대인관계, 자기효능감 및 충동성에 미치는 영향
Effect of Participation in Sports Activities After-School of Interpersonal Relationship, Self-Efficacy and Impulsiveness
The purpose of this study is to verify effects of participation in sports activities after-school of interpersonal relationship, self-efficacy and impulsiveness. The subjects were 348 middle school students in seoul and Gyeonggi province and divided into two groups: experimental group(171 person) and control group(177 person). The survey was progressed from Jul. to Dec. 2011 and analyzed by SPSS 18.0. The results were as follows. First, according to the result of pre-test and post-test in experimental group, the participants were enhanced total scores and the socres of sub-scopes’ in ‘interpersonal relationship’, such as ‘satisfaction’, ‘trust’, ‘openness’, and ‘understanding’. Second, in the self-efficacy, ‘self-assertiveness’, ‘socialization’, and ‘relationship’ were significant differences between pre-test and post-test in experimental group. Third, in the impulsiveness, ‘cognition impulsiveness’, exercise impulsiveness’, and ‘unplanned impulsiveness’ were significant differences between pre-test and post-test in experimental group. Finally, participation in sports activities after-school was effetive in the change of self-efficacy and impulsiveness rather than interpersonal relationship.
