본 연구에서는 시스템 다이내믹스 수법을 통해 환경부하를 장기적으로 예측하고, 요소기술과 각종 사회제도의 보급에 따른 환경부하 삭감 가능량을 예측하고자 한다. 도시 환경부하의 장기예측 시뮬레이터의 개발을 위하여, 먼저 도시시스템의 구성요소 중 인구모델과 주택모델에 대하여 변수들의 인과관계를 도출하고자 한다. 본 연구에서 인구모델은 출생률, 사망률, 이주율이 주요변수이며, 주택모델은 단독주택, 공동주택, 초고층·주상복합주택을 주요변수로 설정하였다. 또한 인구 및 주택모델의 피드백 구조를 구성하는 저량변수(stock)와 유량변수(flow)를 찾아 이를 중심으로 시스템다이내믹스 모델을 구축하고, 기존 도시 동태구조 이론을 토대로 각 변수에 영향을 미치는 인자와의 양과 음의 상관관계를 분석하였다.

In this study, we predict the environmental load through a system dynamics and the possible amount of reduction for the environmental load according to introduction of each technique and policy. To develop long-term prediction simulator of urban environmental load, we will draw a causal relation of variable for population and housing models in a group unit of urban system. In this study, a population model had main variable factors such as birth rate, death rate and migration rate. And a housing model made main variable factors such as construction rate and demolition rate about detached house, apartment house and high-rise apartment·high rise Mixed-use apartment. Also, we found a stock and a flow composed feedback structure of population and housing models, and built the system dynamics model through these, we analyzed the relationship of positive side and negative side for factors affected to each variable factor based on the theory of existing urban movement structure.
