공동저자/소속 : 김기수/동아대학교 학술지명 : 대한건축학회연합논문집 발행기관 : 대한건축학회지회연합회 ISSN : 권(호) : 14 (1) 통권 49호 페이지 : 63~73 (11 pages) 발행년 : 2012.03 피인용횟수 : 0 참고문헌수 : 0 초록 : 본 연구는 근대이후 선진산업국가의 다양한 동시재생의 배경과 원인에 대하여 살펴보고 이를 국내 지방대도시의 현황등과 비교하여 국내 도시재생 정책과 인식 변화의 필요성에 관하여 고찰한 연구이다. 본 연구는 총 4장으로 구성되어 있으며, 시기별로 다양한 국가의 도시재생 배경과 원인 및 정책변화, 최근 국내 지방 대도시의 도시재생 현황 등에 관하여 비교 고찰한다. 결론에서는 이러한 비교를 통하여 보다 발전되고 지속가능한 국내 지방대도시의 도시재생을 위한 인식과 정책변화의 필요성에 대한 이유와 향후 도시재생과 공공성과 관련된 연구의 기초를 제공하고자 한다.

This study is to examine the aspects of the recognition and policy changes through the analysis of the various historical background and causes of the urban regeneration. The study is consisted of four following areas : literature review of the general aspects and trend changes regarding urban regeneration, review of the background and policy changes in several cities and countries in similar time period, review of the current conditions of the local big cities in korea. The result is synthesized to provide the essential reasons and foundation of recognition and necessity of the policy changes including the publicness for the better conditions of the urban regeneration as comparing with the various historical background and policies in different places and similar time period.
