이동하는 사용자가 다른 영역으로 이동 할 때, 3G망에서 주된 문제는 이동 호스트를 위치 하는 방법을 갖는가가 중요한 문제다. 본문에서는 위치등록과 호 추적에 따른 통신 경비를 최소하는데 이동성 기법을 제안 한다. 분석결과, 제안한 기법이 기존의 기법들 보다 통신 경비를 줄일 수 있다는 것을 보인다.

When mobile users are moving (i.e., Hand over), a major problem in such a 3G networks is how to locate Mobile Hosts (MHs). In this paper we propose mobility scheme that minimizes the costs of the location registration and the call tracking simultaneously. In numerical results, the proposed method proves that it has more improved performance than the previous methods.
