The purpose of this study is to compensate for the defect of labor management by applying mobile web. We contemplated the labor management's present condition and analyzed it by using methods of data dictionary and integration definition for function modeling. And partly realized on screen. Through this study, the labor management's information's reliability, security, and the
manager's convenience will help the improvement.
