As various physical and psychological problems occurs, the focus of housing shifted to health from worth. These problems can be treated and prevented by changing architectural housing planning environment. In this research, Serotonin hormone concepts are applied for making healthy housing environments. Serotonin hormone functions as controlling emotion and feeling happy in human body. Exposed to certain environments or conditions like light, physical activity, mental-stability, natural-friendly life, brain in human produces serotonin hormone. This research extracts housing planning factor for the activation of serotonin hormone and arranges these factors to residential developments.
