Strategies on coast located cities to cope with sea-level rising are categorized 3 parts, Retreat, Defend, Attack. Among them, Attack Strategy takes advantage of architecture on the water to satisfy spatial requirements. Structures on the sea must avoid both of gradual and radical sea-level rising as well as located on the Megastructure foundation. In this sense, by using Oil Rig, especially expired Rig, Attack Strategy will be able to take an action of sustainable and surely being economically. Now, between Ferry building and Pier1 in San Francisco, California, which is in danger of flooding within 100years, would be a field of this architecture planning site with Jack-up Rig.
