The purpose of this study is to find out the continuity and creativity of community life for the urban housing welfare. First consideration is to figure out concepts and tools for 3 types of weak generation as working-mom, baby & little child, senior, and 2 types of community life as spontaneous community life and intentional community life, and for 3 types of housing type as detached house, attached house, apartment.
The results of this study were as follows:
1) It was confirmed that the possibility of housing welfare through community design including various community lifes for weak generations can be accepted.
2) It was confirmed that the possibility of community design through housing types for weak generations can be accepted.
