The purpose of this study was to examine the among practice behavioral related health, decision balance, self efficacy with special physical education teacher, and to provide fundamental data for establishing the exercise intervention policy to contribute special physical education teacher quality of life. We firstly set up the population as the special physical education teacher who were kyongki-do 2009. Using the purposive random sampling method, total 133 subjects were finally collected. The conclusions of this study were as being follows; First, there were differences statistically in behavioral related health, decision balance, self efficacy factors by sex, age, and married at the p<.05 level. Second, there were influences statistically in behavioral related health, decision balance, self efficacy factors by each other factors at the p<.001 level.
