The purpose of this study was to find the relationship among participation motivation, leisure satisfaction and exercise addiction of screen golf participants. Through the convenience sample collection method, including the object person in the final analysis. as for the disposal of collected data, used SPSS/PC 18.0 statistics package program for window. Survey was performed from 286 participants with screen golf. Factor analysis and multiple regression analysis for data analysis were performed. The result of the study can be summarized as followings: First, participation motivation of screen golf participants affected leisure satisfaction in order of factors which are skill development, health strength, condition, external display, enjoyment, sociality, non-motivation. Second, participation motivation of screen golf participants affected exercise addiction. Third, leisure satisfaction of screen golf participants affected exercise addiction in order of factors which are skill development, health strength, condition, external display, enjoyment, sociality, non-motivation.
