During 3 decades’ performance of reform and open policy, China not only attaches importance to economic development also pays great attention on the natural environment protection. This article takes the natural reserve area of Jarud Banner, Inner Mongolia Autonomous Region as an example, and investigate the financial circumstance of former local people who moved out from Hanshan area where prohibits living people and grazing livestock and lotus leaf flower wetland nature reserve zone. Through her case analysis the author summarizes that to compensate a reasonable economic subsidy and consummate the resettlement are important prerequisites of the implementation of migration policy, and it is also an important step in improving the construction of Socialist new countryside and new pastoral areas.
