This article is considered that management of Gobi company has been using what motivation methods and reaching what results. The research has been done on a new approach to looking at motivation. Motivation concept and it is application was unsatisfactory by the researching. So present motivation concept need to be enriched by new contents and to be changed that one. If the company’s management could change their motivation concept, the company will make progress. Main thing, the management must understand relationships of these factors.
