Recently, Northeastern Asia has expanded its influence on the world market due to rapid growth of economy of China, and also emerged one of the big 3 trade circles with EU and NAFTA. Moreover, our domestic economy faces with a turning point in 21st century. In accordance with this environmental change, it is required for us to prepare for specific device for survival and prosperity of Korean economy based on the certain fundamental conception. To accord with present circumstance, author looks into the reason why Korea should play a significant role of key country in Northeastern Asia, and suggests the practical way to obtain key position in the Northeastern Asia in the field of logistics, IT, finance and tourism, as well as provides measures to improve strong relationship of economic cooperation between North and South Korea, and also suggests a practical direction for resolving it.
