An Effect of the Service Qualities on Customer Satisfaction and Reuse-Intention in Facilities of Water Leisure Sports
The purpose of this study was to find out an effect of the service qualities on customer satisfaction and reuse-intention in facilities of water leisure sports. The number of subjects of this study was 293 people in the area except unfaithful who used facilities of water leisure sports. The data from this study were analyzed using SPSS 18.0. Upon obtaining above results through the data analysis methods, the following conclusive statements were made. First, service qualities effect on customer satisfaction which are arranged alphabetically corporeality, sympathy, credibility, confidence in facilities of water leisure sports. Second, customer satisfaction effect on reuse-intention which are arranged alphabetically corporeality, sympathy, credibility, confidence in facilities of water leisure sports. Third, customer satisfaction effect on reuse-intention in facilities of water leisure sports.
