In order to increase bungee jump users’ satisfaction and analyze the method for improvement of management through research on the actual conditions of the consumers, this study conducted a survey of bungee jump users. First of all, it looked into characteristics of bungee jump users’ demographic variables. To this end, it carried out frequency analysis among descriptive statistics. Next, it conducted the Oneway-ANOVA to know consumer satisfaction of bungee jump according to demographic characteristics. The findings are summarized as follows. First, the result of analysis of consumer satisfaction according to bungee jump participants’ demographic variables has found out that men satisfy the facilityㆍ service more than women, which is statistically significant. Second, regarding consumer satisfaction according to a job, the professional job ㆍ entrepreneur, the production employee, and the office ㆍadministrative position show high satisfaction about the facilityㆍ service while the sales ㆍ service position and other positions(housewife, student) shows low satisfaction. Third, in terms of consumer satisfaction according to income, those who have less than one to three million won show highest satisfaction about the facilityㆍ service.
