The main purpose of the present investigation was to survey the satisfaction of golf course, practice course, and coaching methods by golf practice facilities located in Seoul, Kyengko and Kangwon area. Also, the brief proposal of development of golf facility and coaching process were discussed. 400 users of golf facility were chosen for this study within Stratified Cluster random sampling methods that 31 questionnaires were dropped off where the answers were not reliable enough. Thus, 369 questionnaires were collected and used for this study which were revised from the SEO(2005)‘s study. Cronbach’s α values were used to determine the data for the reliability of the questionnaires. The freqencies analysis, Chi-Square test and One-way ANOVA were utilised to compare the data statistically that it was acceptable where the p-value were less than .05. As the results of study, there were significant differences between the groups as below; Firstly, there were significant differences on the background of golf learning within the area, gender, ages and educational level(p<.05). Secondly, there were significant differences on the satisfaction of coaches’ evaluation within the area, ages, and educational level(p<.05), but there was no significant difference found within the gender. Thirdly, there were significant differences on the improvement of skill achievement within the area, gender and educational level(p<.05), but there was no significant difference found within the ages. Fourthly, there were significant differences of satisfaction on the facilities within area, gender, ages and educational level(p<.05). Consequently, the development and improvement of golf facilities and coaching process in order to maintain the numbers of golf users were required.
