The Effects of Customer Voluntary Performance on Perceived Service Quality, Repurchase Intention in Sports Center

The purpose of this study was to examine customer service, improve the quality of civic action theory based on the antecedents of using customer voluntary performance, sports center users perceived service quality and repurchase intentions in sports center users aimed to investigate the effects. The purpose of this study in order to achieve the target sports center users to extract the total sample of 300 people responding, but had falsely judged or omission of such material except as inappropriate survey 287 people were selected as study subjects. Using SPSS 15.0 frequency analysis, exploratory factor analysis, reliability analysis, multiple regression analysis conducted by the following conclusion made it. First, the sports center customer voluntary performance of users is high, service quality is also improved. Second, the sports center of users is high, customer voluntary performance is also improved, repurchase intention. Third, when the sports center users improve their service quality is also improved repurchase intention. Fourth, the Sports Center, users’ service quality and customer voluntary performance and repurchase intentions are connected to the role of a mediating effect was determined.
