태권도 수련 초등학생의 정신력, 몰입, 사회적 지지 및학교생활적응 간의 관계
The relationships among mental health, immersion, social support and schoollife adjustment on the Taekwondo training in elementary school’s children
The purpose of this study was to suggest the fundamental ways to establish the mental health, immersion, social support and school life adjustment by Taekwondo training for the elementary school’s children. The subject were sampled 358 person who were selected convenience sampling method from the Taekwondo training for the elementary school’s children in Gwangju and Jeonnam region. The used statistical methods for the data analysis were frequency analysis, correlation analysis, factor analysis, structure equation modelling analysis by using SPSS 14.0 and AMOS 5.0 program. The results is as follows; First, the mental health by Taekwondo training for the elementary school’s children were found to have direct and positive impacts on their social support. Second, the immersion by Taekwondo training for the elementary school’s children were found to have direct and positive impacts on their social support. Third, the social support by Taekwondo training for the elementary school’s children were found to have direct and positive impacts on their school life adjustment.
