The purpose of this is to prove the relationship between Sports Values, Career Decision-Making Self-Eifficacy and Career Preparation Behavior of athletes at university. The instrument for data collection was a questionnaire in which Sports Values Scale as amended and supplemented by Evarett(1966), Career Decision-Making Self-Eifficacy Scale as amended and supplemented by Taylor & Betz(1983), Career Preparation Behavior Scale as amended and supplemented by Kim(1997). 300 subjects were selected from the athletes at university in the Seoul and gyungki by the stratified cluster sampling method. Among these selected subjects, 270 responded, and data analyses consisted of employing frequency analysis, factor analysis, one-way ANOVA, Multiple correlation, Multiple Regression Analysis using SPSS/PC+ version 15.0. The following results were obtained: 1. It was found that sports values of athletes at university has an influence on career decision-making self-eifficacy. 2. It was found that sports values of athletes at university has an influence on career preparation behavior. 3. It was found that career decision-making self-eifficacy of athletes at university has an influence on career preparation behavior.
