The Effect of Job Turnover Attitude and Behavior on Job Capability and Job Performance of Former Judo Players -Focused on the Turnover to Guard, Security and Safety Job-
The purpose of this study is to inquire into the effect of the turnover to guard, security and safety job of former Judo players on job capability and job performance. A survey was carried out through a convenience sampling method on 200 former Judo players, and then a statistical package was used to make a regression analysis. The result is summarized as follows. It indicated that the results have a significant as mechanisms both job turnover attitude and behavior of former Judo players have a positive effect on the job capacity and job performance as an individual of members.
