This research is confirming that the relationship on degree participation of leisure sports and job
satisfaction for women workers. The objects are 197 women workers who live in 5 cities inside Yeongdong Area of G province and participated in dance sprots, swimming, badminton, table tennis and bowling. As conducted research on relationship of participation frequency and job satisfaction, there were no significant difference between internal working motivation and concrete job satisfaction. However there were high valuation on general job satisfaction, job flow, movement working place and self evaluation achievement as frequent as they were participated in. According to participation hour, there were no significant difference among general job satisfaction, movement working place and concrete job satisfaction. However there were hight valuation on internal working motivation, job flow and self evaluation achievement as long as they
were participated in. According to participation term, there were no significant difference between general job satisfaction and self evaluation achievement. However there were hight valuation on internal working motivation, job flow, movement working place and concrete job satisfaction as much as they participated in. On the relationship between degree participation of leisure sports activity and job satisfaction, the degree of participation frequency significantly effects on general job satisfaction, job flow, movement working place and self evaluation achievement. Additionally, the participation hour effects on internal working motivation, job flow and self evaluation achievement. Finally, the participation term effects on internal working motivation, job flow, movement working place and concrete job satisfaction.
