The purpose of this study is the formation of preliminary data of Gang-Seo Area in Busan, Dwelling Patterns of Farm Villages in The History of Formation Housing of Busan, in Modern Time. Modern Japan promote a sattlement colonial policy to solve the homegrown overpopulation and the food problem to Korea. The Oriental Development Company, government-run company, was established to support the policy. Flow in many Japanese farm house by The Oriental Development Company, Gang-Seo Area in Busan also presumed Migrant farm village formed in at the time. Now Gang-Seo Area Migrant farm village house the researched that
existence about Forty. The ten houses of them have been preserved in good condition have value of study, They have transmogrified Korean life style while maintaining Japanese traditional style.
