This Study focuses on the school which shows drop in the number of students and classes in the school buildings located in Dalseo-Gu, Daegu. Consequently this study figures out a cause for the occurrence of unused classes and find a solution as the space for local residents by investigating the facilities of schools, the surroundings, the reality, and the present condition.
Accordingly this study makes a counterproposal with the process of becoming an unused class assigned as a typical local-center for local residents. That is to be used as the prior place the residents need.
