This study made following results by analyzing health related living habits according to population sociological background of 365 male & female employees in Chungnam region in order to suggest basic data needed to induce desirable health related living habits by analyzing the relation between participation of sport for all activities and health related living habits.
First, health related living habit according to the distinction of sex indicated statistically significant result in daily life habit(p<.01), smoking habit(p<.001), and drinking habit(p<.05).
Second, health related living habit according to the age indicated statistically significant result only in daily life habit(p<.001).
Third, health related living habit according to the occupation indicated statistically significant result in daily life habit(p<.001), smoking habit(p<.01), and drinking habit(p<.01).
Considering above results, it is thought that health related living habit of participants for sport for all is more influenced by population sociological properties than the participation of sport for all, but in order to induce more correct result, in future, following study is needed after applying variable method, and it is thought that the strategy to change healthy living habit behavior through education and promotion of health related living habit according to population sociological properties.
