The purpose of this study is the relationship between action pattern of leaders and role model in the Tae-KwonDo national team players. questionnaires containing 59 statement which were given questions about action pattern of leaders and role model in the Tae-KwonDo national team players are administrated to a total of 50 members of the Tae-KwonDo national team players who are 30 man players and 20 woman players.
Depending on the methods, data used analysed by using the statistical methods such as one way ANOVA, multiple regression analysis by window SPSS-PC+ 12.0 Version.
The result of this study can be summarized as followings :
First, according to population statistics variable, there are some differences in action pattern of leaders. Also according to population statistics variable, there are some differences in role model of players.
Second, the action pattern of leaders effects on the role model. As the action pattern of leaders is positive, the role model is high. And as the action pattern of leaders is positive, the role vagueness and role burdensome are high.
