The situation that the public facilities is short happen at the present and in the future, expending and using activation of the commercial p.e. facilities will be solved program.
For this, first commercial p.e. facilities should be given various tax favors, active finance support and long-term low interest funds. Only if it is that way, the foundation of commercial p.e facilities for the physical handicapped will establish. according to the foundation, the physical handicapped will be actually that facilities.
Second, the approaching of commercial p.e. facilities will be simplicity from the physical handicapped. the convenience facilities is better than that a few years ago because of building up the improving convenience low for the physical handicapped. However, policy of approaching guarantee is not good yet.
Third, collaboration organization of public․commercial p.e. facilities should be improved. activation of collaboration organization that are cost and program respects should make good relationship between the physical handicapped and the non-physical handicapped as a member of society.
Therefore, the study of commercial p.e. facilities and activation of using facilities for the physical handicapped should be improved at the various respects.
