Agile and effective responses are important factors for companies to survive and thrive in today’ rapidly changing competitive business environment. Recently, the use of social media is gaining a greater number of internet users and it is expected to grow faster which have made businesses possible to promote and grow. Thus, companies are investing heavily in online services as a trial to retain effectively as well as agile in response to the rapidly changing business environment. Internet has become one of the business models since it offers a new business opportunity leveraging social media services that lowers costs and has huge business value that have made customers’requirements easier to process with improved service quality. This research is intended to find out and demonstrate the factors having a significant effect on adoption of social media service since it continues to emerge as a central component of internet and as well as business industry.
