The purpose of this paper is to extract an optimal combination of wind power technologies, which are essential part of green energy technologies.
Correlation-Volatility Map is applied as the underlying technique. First of all, to do so, a representative technology, which is indispensible to the wind power development system and has the highest connectivity with other elementary technologies, is selected. Then the experts select an elementary technology from each technology category based on two metrics: Relatedness with representative technology and project risk.
