As the development of mobile industry, especially the usage of smart phone, it proves the Micro-blogging became much more popular. However, it is still a primary market, so there is a necessity about factors studying on relating service quality of Mobile Micro-blogging, and then may supply a good reference for business application.
In this article, according the SERVPERF model study, I selected several factors and also I found there are two extra factors which could affect the Micro-blogging characters. There are Tangibles, Reliability, Responsiveness, Empathy, Communication and Mobility. And then, according the empirical study way, I found the four factors that Tangibles, Empathy, Communication, Mobility have the positive relationship.
