한국어

한글 고문서는 국어사 연구의 중요한 자료의 하나다. 한글 고문서와 한글 고문헌 등은 서로 자료를 보완하는 위치에 있다. 한글 고문서는 주위에서 일어나는 일상생활의 내용을 담고 있고 또 그것이 생동감 있게 한글로 표기된 것이어서 한글 고문서를 통한 생활사 연구가 흥미로울 수 있지만 그 생활사 연구는 어문생활사 연구로 전환시키는 것이 옳다. 생활사 연구는 국어학의 연구 영역에서 벗어나기 때문이다. 한글 고문서는 일반 고문서와는 다른 국어학적 특징에 따른 연구를 하여야 한다. 그것이 국어학적 연구인 것이다. 이 한글 고문서에 대한 연구는 언간을 포함해서 지금 연구가 시작되고 있는 실정이다. 이 연구를 위해서는 국어사 문헌 목록이 제시되어 있는 것처럼 한글 고문서 총목록이 어느 정도 구비되어야 할 것이고, 이에 대한 데이터베이스가 마련되어 검색과 활용이 가능하도록 되어 있어야 할 것이다. 특히 텍스트 파일과 이미지 파일이 다 구비되어야 할 것이다. 뿐만 아니라 지금까지 나온 연구 결과물 중에서 주석 자료들을 모아 어휘 자료집으로 출간하는 일도 필요하다. 이것은 한글 고문서에 대한 관심을 높이고 연구를 활성화시킬 수 있는 계기를 마련해 줄 수 있을 것이다.

The Korean historical vernacular documents is the important data of the study on the Korean historical linguistics. This hanguel documents have quite different characters from the other documents. (1) these documents are written in Korean. (2) these documents have not more data than we expected. (3) These documents contain material of highly personal nature. (4) The manuscripts of an unidentifiable period are large in number. (5) Many class of people wrote the hanguel documents. The Korean historical vernacular documents will serve as fundamental data in study of followinf areas (1) For the study on the History of the Korean language (2) For the study on the Korean life history of our ancestors (3) For the study on the history of the Korean calligraphy. (4) For the study on the history of the Korean prose. I would suggest the following process in order to study the hanguel documents. (1) investigation of the achievement in research (2) increasing the profound knowledge of hanguel Historical Vernacular Documents. (3) the collection of data (4) a classification of data (5) digitization of data (6) comment on the original data (7) linguistic analysis and study on the data (8) research on the contents included in the data
