Global telecoms operators have stepped up efforts to eliminate the barriers between wireless and wired phone services by converging them. The convergence of fixed and mobile services is an evolution from both the technological and marketing points of view. This study aims at investigating and doing research of the most appropriate strategy of convergence services. Previous literature showed several options to adopt for telecom operators’ convergence which are Bundling, Differentiation, Alliances and Merger & Acquisition. From the perspective of Bundling, Differentiation, Alliances and Merger & Acquisition, this study explores strategy direction of telecom operators. Data used in this study is collected from European Communication Carriers. Implication of this research would be strategic aspects, current situation analysis, external environment, resource, capability and comparison of strategies of European carriers. This study is expected to contribute academician for making trial on different environment or different strategy to adopt but as for practitioner, it is a guideline for appropriate strategic selection.
