The Fundamental Study on the Engineering Properties of Self-Leveling Finishing Mortar Using Water Soluble Synthetic Rubber Latax
Generally, a Self leveling finishing materials that is constructed in domestic is classified by cement materials and a polymer materials. Because a cement materials adds flow material(organic matter), strength of floor by fineness promulgation is used in reinforcement. A polymer materials is executing surface construction to mix polymer and uses epoxy or polyurethane on the surface after construct in factory, parking lot floor etc. A polymer floor finish of this can be high price and amount environmental pollution problem according to use of organic solvent and problem by personnel expense increase price of raw material. Also, there are a lot of problems for durability and repair maintenance because crack happens because surface intensity is strong and shock resistant strength drops in the case of an epoxy floor finish. Raw material of a polyurethane floor finish is problem of that is high price and grows restless by adhesive strength phenomenon etc. Study and utility that use mixing a cement floor finish and a polymer floor finish in domestic are propelled. Therefore, in this study, executed a cement materials and water materials and comparative analysis that mix cement material and solubility in water composition rubber latex. The results was expose that have high properties of matter while mortar that use experiment wave and solubility in water composition rubber latex uses existing materials.
