Urban restoration projects as mega projects may face potential loss and failure because of less experiences in domestic practice. Therefore project management system is required to measure the performance by factors of success and failure at the earlier stage of the project. Managing performance indicators of success and failure are able to lead the project successful and
effective performance. This research present the methodology of defining critical success factors and developing performance indicators in urban restoration projects.
