It used to the standard estimation for calculates order expectation cost but it uses phase actual construction cost which is improved and modified previous standard estimation in present. However, it would be difficult to assure the reliability of the historical cost data, if the historical cost information is not adjusted in an appropriate manner which consider time and capacity
of the historical projects.
Therefore, this study presents to analyze the present situation of integrated historical cost data system in domestic and various factors that affect price and to propriety the historical cost which is accumulated.
