The purpose of this study was investigated and analyzed of the inside and outside of the country recycling present condition and connection literature, special permission present condition. It was Investigated basic properties of matter through Bottom Ash's standard investigation that happen in internal bituminous coal. It was approached of the Bottom Ash's mouth style and
becoming a Taoist distribution with final decision, approached of the lightweight aggregate making possibility method through organic matter impurities examination. It was analyzed energy curtailment effect that rooftop tree plant construction work executed the new lightweight block for actuality material thing tester, and measured effect that indoor temperature is compared
the gardening system with non-gardening system of rooftop.
