Skyscraper's scale is bigger than that in past time and then over 70's floor's weight is higher in this time. Also, china is the most important market of the world. This study analyzed on an construction status and expenses characters of over 70's floor skyscraper in china's main cities. The start of 2000s, thhe cities that skyscrapers were built being changed with the result that
the study on this analyis, and complex expenses is more important than simpe expenses in construction status.
