This research is focused on the distant view plan of the landscape which is progressed as a part of the early period of planning the urban renewal district. The purpose is to establish the L.C.P , needed in district scale landscape control plans. First, setting a pre-viewpoint by analysing the site's GIS visibility, than confirming it by investigating the actual site. Extent of the amount of influence that is given to the landscape was quantity fixed by constructing imaginary
buildings on the site and appling the VII of the landscape from the main view points. The conclusion is to draw the L.C.P by analysing the VII and establish the cause.
