Rapid urbanization has caused unbalance of buildings in urban. Function and performance of buildings against to the fire need to be improved because deterioration of buildings in urban increases the maintenance costs and deteriorates function. So We analyzed the Building Law which is applied when a specific hotel was under the construction. The result of this study can be used in understanding problems in the old hotels and grasping important part that need to be managed regarding to the deterioration of buildings.
