The purpose of this study is to analyze productivity and economic feasibility of the Multi-Family Housing applied to FPWS and existing wall structural cases. In addition, the practicability of developed technologies is evaluated through on-site analysis to apply its results to the field. The method and contents of the study are shown as follow. The survey carried out to find 1 cycle process of the structural construction in each case. In conclusion, the productivity of FPWS is higher 24～88% than existing wall structural case. An economic feasibility occurred the cost reduction of 4% in 20 floors, 8% in 30 floors.
