First, physical integral part and the evaluation element which is psychological the satisfaction against in standard each view point by evaluation more about the items which show the reaction evaluation which negative means the protections and the managements which are thorougher must become accomplished about the items which show the reaction evaluation which is affirmative in standard, is in compliance with a coastal viewable plan at the time of improvement necessary degree the improvement which comes to be extracted in compliance with a priority comes to judge with the fact that must become accomplished.
