Adorno and Critical Perspectives on the Culture Industry and Film KCI 등재

...culture industry constitutes one of the most comprehensive critical perspectives on the mass media in contemporary society. He sees film as a component of the culture industry. Adorno develops the pessimism about modern culture and film, displaying the aspects of reification in the discussion of the culture industry. For him, reification is ultimately considered "identifying thought" in order to conform to the status quo. By reification, he discloses the transformation of culture into the industrial culture. This paper attempts to examine Adorno's argument on the essence of the film medium in his critique of the culture industry. Furthermore, this paper tries to put some questions in order to rethink Adorno's perspective on film.

아도르노의 문화산업에 대한 이론은 현대사회의 매스 미디어와 그것에 의해 파생되는 산업에 대한 비판적 관점을 제시하는 이론 중 하나이다. 아 도르노는 물상화(物象化)라는 개념을 통해서 현대 사회의 문화는 기계 복제 의 메카니즘을 통해서 산업화된 문화로 전환되었다는 견해를 드러냈다. 산 업화된 문화는 진정한 예술영역의 영역으로부터 괴리된 채 사회적 지배화 의 도구로 변용되어가는 것이다. 아도르노에게 영화는 이와 같은 현대 문화 산업의 특징이 집약된 대표적인 대중매체로 간주되었다. 본 논문은 아도르 노의 문화산업에 대한 견해를 바탕으로 그 산업 내에서 상품화된 문화, 특 히 영화에 대한 비판적 논의를 고찰하고자 한다.

For development of Korean cultural industry in the era of the Fourth Industrial Revolution, there are a need for ⑴ expanding global market and strengthening industrial competitiveness as producer of cultural contents, ⑵ development of digital convergence technology and institutionalization of change and innovation, and ⑶ fostering small and medium-sized venture companies that are more flexible to change and innovation than large companies.

제4차 산업혁명은 사람과 사물, 사물과 사물이 서로 연결되어 빅데이터와 인공지능으로 더욱 지능화되는 사회로의 극적인 변화를 가져오고 있다. 이와 같은 기술환경의 변화는 초연결성, 초 지능성 및 융복합성으로 그 특징을 요약할 수 있으며 사회 전반에 걸쳐 다양한 변화를 초래할 것으로 예상하고 있다. 특히 제4차 산업혁명은 문화의 산업화와 문화산업의 발전을 가속화시킬 것으로 기대되고 있다. 이와 같은 맥락에서 본 연구는 제4차 산업혁명 시대에 있어서 한국의 문 화산업이 발전할 수 있는 제조건은 무엇인가를 탐색해보고, 정책적 시사점을 도출하는데 목적이 있다. 본 연구가 시사하는 바는 다음과 같다. 제4차 산업혁명 시대에 있어서 한국의 문화산업이 발전하기 위해서는 첫째, 문화 콘텐츠 생산자로서 글로벌 시장의 확장 및 산업경쟁력의 강화, 둘째, 디지털 융합 기술의 개발, 그리고 변화와 혁신의 제도화, 셋째, 대기업보다는 변화와 혁신 에 유연한 ‘작지만 강한’ 중소 벤처기업의 육성이 필요하다.

The Fourth Industrial Revolution is leading to dramatic changes into society where people and things, things and things are interconnected, and become more intelligent with big data and artificial intelligence. These changes of technological environment are summarized as hyper-connectivity, hyper-intelligence, and convergence, and are expected to drive various changes across society. Especially, the Fourth Industrial Revolution is expected to accelerate the industrialization of culture and the development of cultural industry. In this context, this study aims to derive what are development conditions of Korean cultural industry in the era of the Fourth Industrial Revolution. The implications of this study are as follows. For development of Korean cultural industry in the era of the Fourth Industrial Revolution, there are a need for ⑴ expanding global market and strengthening industrial competitiveness as producer of cultural contents, ⑵ development of digital convergence technology and institutionalization of change and innovation, and ⑶ fostering small and medium-sized venture companies that are more flexible to change and innovation than large companies.

인터넷플러스시대 중국 TV미디어산업의 현주소 KCI 등재후보

This paper Summarizes the core issues and problems of the China's Internetplus(+) TV Media Culture Industry. Chinese cultural industry, which was emphasized from the year 2000, is continuing its rapid progress. it is becoming the ‘xinchangtai(新常態)’. China obtained an approval for its “Internetplus(+)” at the national level in 2014, and its State Council announced “China Manufacturing 2025” in May, 2015, making an attempt at a revolutionary transition of its manufacturing industry. The keyword of the “Internetplus(+)” concept, is the starting point of the Internetplus(+) policy in the cultural industry. Among various departments related to the culture industry, the State Administration of Radio, Film, and Television(SARFT) is mainly in charge of policies on broadcasted TV contents. As the Chinese government strengthened the regulations on TV broadcasts, Lastly, the authority now focus on controling the importation of programs and program formats. This was possible through the interactive combination via internet platform, which implies that the culture plays the key role of TV Media progress in the era of internet plus. The newly rising term “internet plus” represents diverse types of industry combined with internet, and the existing industrial development through the internet has induced development strategies and policies with new characteristics. Especially, various fields of cultural industry such as television broadcasting is exercising major influence via internet on Chinese culture’s emerge into international market. The new generation of network TV & Mass media Platform business model shows revolutionary innovation power in today’s business. “Internetplus(+)” plan will encompass creations in entirely new meanings through the connection and fusion of the Internet and industry. Moreover, it is recommended for us to promote joint ventures with Chinese drama production companies after finding out sources preferred by the Chinese viewers, or target niche markets by developing video contents that cannot be produced by the local companies.

본고는 21세기 중국 문화산업으로 새롭게 급부상하고 있는 TV미디어산업을 중심으로 그 현황과 과제를 살펴보았다. 중국 문화산업은 2000년대에 와서 매우 중시되었고 급속도로 성장하고 있다. 이것이 바로 뉴노멀 즉 신창타이(新常態)이다. 2014년 중국에서 새로운 문화산업으로서 추진되고 있는 인터넷플러스(+) 사업이다. 2015년 3월에 국 무원에서 “중국제조 2025” 프로젝트를 공표했다. 이것은 중국 제조업을 인터넷 기술 혁 명을 통하여 국가 간의 경쟁에서 이겨내는 것이다. 이것이 바로 인터넷플러스(+) 개념 의 핵심이다. 인터넷플러스(+) 전략은 문화정책을 시작하는 중요한 전환점이 되었다. 이것은 문화산업과 인터넷의 상호 융합을 통한 플랫폼이다. 중국 문화산업과 관련한 여 러 부처 중에서 TV방송영상콘텐츠 산업 관련한 정책을 주로 담당하는 역할을 하는 부서 는 국가광전총국(SARFT)이다. 여기서 방송 미디어 및 방송 프로그램, 영화 등의 미디어 콘텐츠 관련 정책이나 규제 마련, 관리 및 감독 등의 업무를 수행한다. 최근에는 중국 TV방송 규제 및 해외 방송콘텐츠 온라인 플랫폼으로 몰리면서 유통 규제를 하고 있다. 중국이 인터넷플러스(+) 시대에 TV미디어 산업이 발전하는데 중요한 역할을 했다. 새 로운 인터넷플러스(+) 용어의 등장은 다양한 산업모델과 인터넷이 융합하여 산업 발전 에 큰 반향을 불러일으켰다. 인터넷을 이용한 다양한 서비스의 등장과 확산, 그것을 이 용할 수 있게 된 환경으로의 전환은 그것 자체로 사회적 변화이면서 동시에 또 다른 사 회적 변화를 야기했다. 중국의 TV미디어산업에서 네트워크 플랫폼 기술과 콘텐츠를 개 발하는 것이 매우 중요하다. 또한 인터넷+ 사고를 통하여 시청자와 제작자가 쌍방간 소 통, 현장 디스플레이, 상호 작용, 재미와 경험, 가상현실과 같은 끊임없이 변화하는 새로 운 미디어 디스플레이 기술로 문화를 전파해야 한다. 이처럼 ‘인터넷플러스시대 중국의 TV미디어산업은 높은 시장가치와 높은 수익률을 특징으로 하는 새로운 형태의 산업 가 치사슬로, 국경 없는 인터넷 플랫폼을 기반으로 하여 유망한 비전을 지향하는 비즈니스 모델을 추구한다.

세계화와 밈의 관점에서 바라본 한일 대중음악 교류 KCI 등재

Having similar characteristics, the memes of K-pop and J-pop can mutate and create manifold cultures. This paper analyzed cases such as K-POP’s “TT pose”, “finger heart”, J-POP’s “Sakuranbo” and “Zero Two Dance” to examine how memes developed independently and stimulated various forms of communication. These memes effected unusual combinations of K-POP and J-POP with heterogeneous culture. Due to the memes, the Korean and Japanese popular musics are able to present wide diversity.

2020년을 전후해 한일 정부는 첨예하게 대립하고 있지만 대중음악 교류는 활발하게 이루어지고 있다. 이와 같은 이율배반적인 상황을 분석하기 위해 본 논문에서는 아즈마 히로키의 이중 구조 모델을 참고했다. 아즈마는 ‘내셔널리즘-정치-의식’과 ‘글로벌리즘-경제-욕망’이 괴리되어 있다고 주장해 오늘날의 한일 대중음악의 교류 양상을 설명하는 데 필요한 이론적 틀을 제공하고 있다. 본론에서는 선행 연구를 검토해 K-POP과 J-POP가 탄생한 배경에는 세계 시장이 기능하고 있음을 밝혔다. 국가 정치로부터 상대적으로 자유로운 세계 시장의 네트워크가 있었기에 K-POP과 J-POP은 오늘날 교류를 지속할 수 있었다. 그러나 세계 시장에 편입된 K-POP과 J-POP은 획일화되고 규격화될 위험에도 처하게 된다. 아도르노의 관점에서 보면 세계 시장에서 상품화된 K-POP이나 J-POP은 ‘유사 개성화’의 문제를 극복할 만한 능력을 지니지 못하는 것이다. 이러한 세계화의 문제를 해결할 대안으로 본 논문은 밈에 주목했다. 밈은 자기 복제를 반복하면서도 돌연변이를 일으켜 다양한 문화를 탄생시킨다. 특히 인터넷에서 유행하는 밈은 세계화의 부산물이면서 동시에 세계화로 인한 획일화를 저지하는 버그의 역할을 담당하고 있다. K-POP과 J-POP의 밈도 이와 유사한 특징을 지니고 있어 돌발적으로 변이하며 새로운 문화를 창조한다. 구체적으로 본 논문은 K-POP의 ‘TT 포즈’와 ‘손가락 하트’, J-POP의 「사쿠란보」나 ‘제로투 댄스’와 같은 사례를 분석해 독자적으로 발전하는 밈이 어떤 커뮤니케이션을 활성화하는지 고찰했다. 이와 같은 밈은 과거에 없던 조합을 구축해 K-POP과 J-POP이 이질적인 문화와 접합하도록 이끌고 있다. 그 결과, 한일 대중음악은 더욱 다양한 문화와 네트워크를 구축할 수 있었다.

Although the Korean and Japanese governments were in sharp confrontation, popular music exchange between the two countries was active around 2020. To analyze this antinomic situation, the current study referred to Azuma Hiroki’s dual structure model. Arguing that ‘nationalism-politics-consciousness’ and ‘globalism-economy-desire’ are separate, Azuma provided a theoretical framework to explain the current aspects of the Korean-Japanese popular music exchange. The present work reviewed prior studies and revealed that the global market was deeply involved in establishing K-POP and J-POP. Since this segment of the world market is free from national politics, the K-POP and J-POP can maintain their cultural exchanges till today. However, the global market can put K-POP and J-POP in danger of becoming standardized. From Theodor Adorno’s point of view, K-POP and J-POP merchandised in the global market do not have the ability to overcome the problem of ‘pseudo-individuation.’ To solve the problem of globalization and standardization, this study focused on meme. Meme can create diverse cultures by self-replication and mutation. In particular, a popular meme on the Internet is both a byproduct of globalization and bug that prevents standardization caused by globalization. This paper outlines the interdisciplinary approach in my forthcoming monography “Horizon of Culinary Semiotics” (written in Korean, 2022). Based on Cultural Semiotics and Text Linguistics, it deals with semiotic characters of food, its modes of preparation, dining programs, behavior and etiquette of eaters, culinary discourse involved in it as well as aesthetics of culinary narratives. For that we investigate a wide range of semantic features of gustemes, semiotic square of eater types and food-related figuration of culturemes (=reality model): in short, semantics and syntax of spatio-temporal setting, kinemics of preparation and consumption, proxemics of table companions and pragmatic maxims for participant-interactions. 안동시 문화산업진흥지구 특화발전 방향에 관한 연구 KCI 등재후보

As the institutional apparatus for developing such cultural industry, the Culture Industry Promotion Basic Law was enacted. Based on this, the Central Government designated the Jung-gu Dong and Seo-gu Dong as the Cultural Industry Promotion District of Andong City in 2010 but it has not been activated until 2017. The purpose of this study is understanding the situation and problems of the Cultural Industry Promotion District of Andong city and to discuss the direction of development. The research methods were analyzed by using questionnaires using AHP analysis technique for experts and practitioners related to culture industry. SPSS 23 was used for the validity and reliability of the questionnaire, and VBA was used for weighting and consistency index calculation in AHP analysis. As a result in the upper layer, Economy efficiency was found to be the most important factor of the three upper layer factors (Economy, Publicity, and Sociality) in order to activate the Cultural Industry Promotion District of Andong city. In the case of the Lieutenant layer, it is analyzed that the Job Creation is an important factor in the Economy category, the Settlement and Environment for Cultural Industry in the Publicity category, and the Activation of Urban Culture Activity in the Sociality category. As a result of analyzing the direction of promotion of the Cultural Industry Promotion District of Andong City centered on these factors, it concluded that the industry related to performance should be focused.

21세기는 문화의 시대로 불릴 만큼 문화를 고부가가치 전략산업으로 인식하고 있으며 문화산업은 다양한 파급효과로 인해 타 산업의 부가가치를 높여줌으로써 지역경제발전에 견인차 역할을 하고 있다. 이와 같은 문화산업을 발전시키기 위한 제도적 장치로 문화산업진흥기본법이 제정되었고 이를 근거로 2010년 중앙정부로부터 안동시 중구동과 서구동 일원을 문화산업진흥지구로 지정받았으나 2017년 현재까지 활성화되지 않고 있다. 이에 본 연구에서는 안동시 문화산업진흥지구의 현황 및 문제점을 파악해 보고 발전방향성을 논의해 보고자 한다. 연구방법은 문화산업 관련 전문가와 실무자를 대상으로 AHP 분석법을 활용한 설문조사를 실시하여 분석하였다. 설문의 타당성과 신뢰성 검증은 SPSS 23을 사용했으며 AHP 분석에서 가중치와 일관성지수 산출은 VBA를 활용하였다. 분석결과 안동시 문화산업진흥지구를 활성화시키기 위한 상위계층의 3가지 요소(경제성, 공공성, 사회성)중에서 경제성이 가장 중요한 요소로 조사되었다. 중위계층의 경우 경제성 항목에서는 일자리 창출이, 공공성 항목에는 문화산업 정착 환경조성이, 사회성 항목에서는 도심문화 활동 활성화가 중요한 요소로 분석되었다. 이와 같은 요소를 중심으로 안동시 문화산업진흥지구 활성화 추진방향을 종합적으로 분석한 결과 공연 관련 산업을 집중 육성해야 한다는 결론이 도출되었다.

공공부문에서의 정책적 지원을 통한 한국대중음악 발전 방안 연구

It should be discussed as one of the national core industries establishing strategies and having systematic support on a government level. Furthermore, it is time to focus on political interest and support of Korean popular music as it globally expands from K-pop to Korean culture. The limitation of this study is only discussing popular music as the perspective of the cultural industry and not covering popular music’s artistic and social value and utility. Therefore, further research can be performed on these topics.

이 연구는 현재 진행되고 있는 공공부문에서의 대중음악 지원정책에 대하여 분석하고, 해외 선진 사례를 비교 하여 살펴봄으로써 한국대중음악의 발전 방안을 제안하는데 목적을 두고 있다. 그리고 다른 예술장르와 마찬가지로 우수한 콘텐츠를 지속적으로 시장에 공급하여 소비자인 대중들에게 선택 을 받도록 하는 것이 한국대중음악의 지속적인 발전을 담보하는 최선의 방안이며, 그것이 가능하기 위해서는 우수 한 콘텐츠가 만들어질 수 있는 창작기반을 강화할 수 있도록 지원해야 한다는 전제를 가지고 연구를 진행하였다. 또한 문화산업적인 효용성과 함께 동시대인들의 압도적 지지를 받고 있는 예술의 한 장르로서의 대중음악의 창작 기반 강화는 공공부문에서의 보다 적극적인 정책적 지원을 통해 이뤄져야 한다는 입장을 가지고 연구에 임 하였다. 문화산업은 이제 개인이나 기업 차원에 한정하여 논의할 대상이 아니다. 문화산업은 국가 핵심 산업의 하나로 정부 차원에서 전략을 수립하고 체계적으로 지원하여야 하는 부분이다. 그리고 K-pop을 필두로 한국대중문화가 전 세계적으로 확산 움직임을 보이는 지금이 한국대중음악에 대한 정책적 관심과 지원이 집중되어야 할 때이다. 다만 이번 연구는 대중음악을 문화산업적인 측면에서 접근하는데 그치고 있어, 대중음악이 가지고 있는 본질 적인 요소인 예술적・사회적 가치와 효용성에 대하여 깊이 있게 논의를 전개하지 못한 미흡함이 있어 이후의 연 구에서 이를 보완하여야 할 것이다.

This study focuses on the support for popular music in public sector policy. In addition, it suggests development strategies for Korean popular music based on a comparative case study of the overseas popular music support policy. It explores how it is pivotal to continuously provide qualified content to be selected from the public, sustaining development of Korean popular music as is the case with other art genres. To perform this, it is the presupposition that there should be support to reinforce the creative foundation in order to create qualified content. Furthermore, this study states the perspective that it is necessary to have positive supporting policies in the public sector about the reinforcement of creative foundations for popular music, as popular music is considered an art form that has strong public interests and utility in the cultural industry. The cultural industry is not a subject to be discussed separately on the individual level or organizational level. It should be discussed as one of the national core industries establishing strategies and having systematic support on a government level. Furthermore, it is time to focus on political interest and support of Korean popular music as it globally expands from K-pop to Korean culture. The limitation of this study is only discussing popular music as the perspective of the cultural industry and not covering popular music’s artistic and social value and utility. Therefore, further research can be performed on these topics.

Furthermore, in 2008, it has been chosen as Korea's reserve festival by the Ministry of Culture and Tourism and in 2010, as one of Korea's most promising festivals. It uses the capital of Daegaya to give tourists a chance to experience the history of Daegaya in person. Additionally, by providing a high-quality tourism service through abundant education and advance preparations, this festival has grown to be very noticeable. Besides, it provides a chance to trade agricultural and indigenous products, which brings vitality to the local agriculture. To develop into a superb festival, the Daegaya festival requires the following efforts. First, there need to be more adult based programs to satisfy the adult tourists. Second, there needs to be more effort made in showing and introducing tourists the rural food. Also, its advertisements should go further the boundaries of the Kyungbuk province, so that tourists from all over the country will have knowledge about 'Goryeong' and its superior festival. If these efforts are continuously supported, the 'Daegaya festival' will become a dynamic force in the development of the local area and act as an educational experience festival on the basis of Daegaya's history and culture. Moreover, it will be able to grow from only Kyungbuk province's representative festival into Korea's representative festival.

세계 각국에서는 현재 적극적으로 관광산업을 육성하여 이를 통해 지방 경제를 활성화하고 지역 주민들 간의 화합과 참여를 유도하려는 움직임이 활발하게 진행되고 있다. 우리나라에서도 지방자치가 실시된 이후 지역경제 활성화를 위한 중요한 수단으로 관광 개발을 선택한 지역이 많다. 지역문화축제와 같은 문화 행사 로 인해 얻어지는 입장료, 숙박비, 각종 세수입 등의 직접적인 수입원 및 시 설 건축, 고용 창출 등에 따른 간접적인 수입원의 대부분은 지역 주민들에게 다시 환원되어 지역 내에서 순환, 이용되어 지역 경제의 활성화를 가속화할 것이라고 예상된다. 뿐만 아니라 지역문화축제는 지역 공동체의 활성화, 지 역 주민의 애향심 고취, 지역 문화 전통의 계승 등에 긍정적인 영향을 미치고 있다. 또한 지역문화축제를 잘 구성하면 지역의 특징적인 이미지를 구현하고 특산물 판촉으로 지역마케팅의 효과를 톡톡히 거둘 수 있다. 고령 대가야체험축제는 국내에서 열리고 있는 역사체험축제 중 근래 주목 을 받고 있는 축제에 속한다. 문화관광부 지정 대한민국 유망축제로 선정되 었고 경상북도 최우수 축제로 3년 연속 선정된 이 축제는 2005년에 처음 개최 되어 매년 발전을 거듭하며 수많은 관광객들을 관심을 모으고 있다. 2011년 고령 대가야체험축제를 다녀간 방문객 수만 해도 30만 명이 넘어섰다. 따라서 본 연구는 ‘대가야체험축제’에 대해서 살펴보고, SWOT분석을 통 해 축제의 강점과 단점 및 보완점을 살펴봄으로써 대가야체험축제가 더욱 발전하기 위해 나아가야 할 방안을 제시해 보고자 한다.

To improve the market environment for the Korean Theatre Musical Industry, these suggestions can be considered; firstly, financial burden of the early production process has to be reduced, secondly, test for each process of production has to be established for the examination of competitiveness, thirdly, Open-run system which connected with Scale of Economy has to be applied for the Korean Theatre Musical Industry.

본 연구에서는 한국 뮤지컬 시장의 특성을 알아보기 위해 한국 뮤지컬 산업의 현황을 분석하고 시장의 구조적 특성을 살펴보고자 했다. 분석 결과, 우리나라 창작 뮤지컬 콘텐츠의 경우 주로 대극장에서는 예술성과 실험성을 지향하는 부류의 작품이, 소극장에서는 대중성을 지향하는 작품이 편중되어 제작되고 있음을 알 수 있다. 한편, 수입 뮤지컬의 경우는 이익 창출이 용이한 대극장에서 대중성을 지향하는 작품이 주로 제작, 소비되고 있음을 관찰할 수 있다. 이는 상업적인 공연시장이 발달한 영미권 시장의 경우와는 상반된 결과로, 창작 콘텐츠의 발전과 이익 창출에 부정적인 영향을 미치는 배경이 되는 문제점을 낳고 있다고 할 수 있다. 보다 튼실한 경제구조로서의 대형 창작 뮤지컬을 만들기 위해서는 첫째, 초기 개발비용에 대한 이익집단의 부담을 덜어주어야 하며, 둘째, 단계별 검증 단계를 설정해 흥행의 리스크를 최소화시켜야 하고, 셋째, 장기공연을 통해 규모의 경제가 가능한 시장의 제반 환경을 모색해야 할 것이다.

These developments have persisted into modern times, underpinning the growth of China's tea culture industry. This study explores the intersection of traditional tea culture and popular culture, emphasizing the potential for the tea culture industry to expand by engaging with broader audiences. Drawing upon theories of cultural industries, particularly those of Horkheimer and Adorno, this research highlights how the commercialization of culture can transform traditional tea culture into a dynamic element of popular culture. By integrating traditional values with contemporary consumer trends, the tea culture industry can generate new economic and symbolic value while preserving its heritage. The paper also examines strategies for enhancing public resonance with tea culture through cognitive, emotional, social, behavioral, and relational dimensions. It argues that effective storytelling, digital media engagement, and the creation of participatory communities are essential to attract younger generations and diversify the consumer base. Furthermore, it discusses the role of China's cultural policies in supporting the modernization and globalization of tea culture while balancing tradition with innovation. By analyzing the challenges and opportunities within China’s tea culture industry, this study provides insights into sustainable growth strategies. It concludes that integrating traditional tea culture with modern industrial practices and popular culture can maximize its cultural and economic potential, contributing to both local development and global cultural exchange. Moverover, the analysis of political connections among managerial characteristics that may affect management compensation and performance shows that asymmetry in management evaluation scores is strengthened when the heads of public institutions are politically connected to the current government. These results suggest that the agency’s performance-based pay does not achieve the intended motivational effect, and particularly, the degree of political connectivity of public agency heads is likely to worsen the agency’s agent problem and cause institutional costs to rise.

Longquan Celadon is in the center of Chinese Ceramic industry which has progressed in limitless time for 1600 years. Especially, it had dramatically advanced through Northern & Southern Song Dynasties and Yuan Dynasty, and artistic image of ‘Longquan yao’ was established at the beginning of Southern Song Dynasty. It has progressed in concern of numerous people ever since. Six(6) circumstantial reasons for ceramic industry to continue its prosper and cluster development formated in different types play a positive role in vitalizing local economy of Longquan city.

To apply such strategies to the culture industry of Korean Baduk, it carried out the analysis on the current situation of Korean Baduk and development factors of Korean Baduk in terms of the culture industry. In this study, cultural management is defined as "a thing that makes culture possible," representing the realization of culture. The strategies of cultural management are applied based on the perspectives of cultural management in pursuit of finding the possibility of an act. This means the realization of culture, making culture possible, and represents that the coordination act is possible in real meaning. It classified the establishment process of cultural management strategies, which are analysis methods of cultural management as three-step process; the analysis of the current situation, the analysis of development factors, and drawing of implications by focusing on the important functions of cultural management. To apply such strategies to the culture industry of Korean Baduk, it carried out the analysis on the current situation of Korean Baduk and development factors of Korean Baduk in terms of the culture industry. Based on the results and implications, it tried to suggest the development strategies for the culture industry of Korean Baduk by applying strategies to the goal-setting, the establishment of plan, and organization of the culture industry in Korean Buduk. This study drew the strategies of promoting the cooperation of Baduk relevant agencies, enterprises, government, and Baduk enthusiasts in accordance with the investigation of the essence in Baduk.

이 연구는 첫째, 문화산업을 발전시킬 수 있는 전략을 도출하기 위하여 문화경영의 개념이 적용된 ‘문화경영전략 프로세스’를 구안해 내는 것이며, 둘째, 이 문화경영전략 프로세스에 맞추 어 실제 한국 바둑문화산업의 발전방향을 제안하는 것이다. 문화경영전략 프로세스 수립과정에 있어서 무엇보다 중요한 점은 문화경영적 패러다임에 기반을 두어야 한다는 것이다. 문화경영 자가 제작하는 문화상품(텍스트)에는 콘텐츠 능력이 반영되어야 하며, 이 능력 반영의 과정을 바로 '문화경영전략 프로세스'라고 볼 수 있다. 따라서 본 논문에서는 문화경영자의 인식 및 행 위 능력을 '문화경영 능력'이라 칭하고자 한다. 이러한 문화경영 능력은 문화경영자가 문화경영전략 프로세스를 수행함으로써 실현될 수 있 다. 문화경영전략 프로세스는 사회과학적 분석 영역의 '현황분석, 발전요인 분석, 시사점 도출' 의 3단계 과정과 전략도출 영역의 '목표설정, 계획수립, 조직화'로 모형을 구안하였다. 이를 실 제 한국 바둑문화산업에 대입하여 발전방향을 제안하였다. 첫 번째 단계에서는 바둑이 한국을 대표하는 상품으로 구현될 수 있도록 단계별 추진전략(기 반조성 단계, 영역확장 단계, 안정화 단계)을 설정하였다. 두 번째 단계에서는 앞에서 제시한 목 표설정이 구체화 될 수 있도록 추진전략 및 목표에 맞추어 각각의 바둑문화산업별 계획을 수립 하였으며, 세 번째 단계에서는 이러한 수립 계획이 실현될 수 있도록 바둑계를 조직하고 있는 바둑유관기관과 기업, 정부 그리고 바둑팬이 수행해야할 역할을 제안하였다.

In this study, cultural management is defined as "a thing that makes culture possible," representing the realization of culture. The strategies of cultural management are applied based on the perspectives of cultural management in pursuit of finding the possibility of an act. This means the realization of culture, making culture possible, and represents that the coordination act is possible in real meaning. It classified the establishment process of cultural management strategies, which are analysis methods of cultural management as three-step process; the analysis of the current situation, the analysis of development factors, and drawing of implications by focusing on the important functions of cultural management. To apply such strategies to the culture industry of Korean Baduk, it carried out the analysis on the current situation of Korean Baduk and development factors of Korean Baduk in terms of the culture industry. Based on the results and implications, it tried to suggest the development strategies for the culture industry of Korean Baduk by applying strategies to the goal-setting, the establishment of plan, and organization of the culture industry in Korean Buduk. This study drew the strategies of promoting the cooperation of Baduk relevant agencies, enterprises, government, and Baduk enthusiasts in accordance with the investigation of the essence in Baduk.

This study suggests the danger of one-sided discourse of the Korean Wave merely focusing on the economic and industrial approach without carefully considering its cultural and communicative potential, and the possibility of a more sustainable development of such a transnational popular culture.

본 연구는 현대 중국문화와 중국 내 한류대중문화의 인기 및 현황에 관한 기존 연구들을 메타 분석하였다. 또한 한국 내 중국인 유학생들과의 심층인터뷰를 통해 이들의 자국 및 한류 대중문화와 문화정체성에 대한 인식들을 살펴보고, 이들이 자신들의 문화와 정체성을 어떻게 이해하고 또 문화의 산업화를 어떻게 받아들이고 있는지에 대한 복합적이고 맥락화된 분석을 제시하고자 했다. 이를 통해 현재 과잉담론화되고 있는 한류의 문화산업적 접근에 대한 비판적 문제제기를 하고, 향후 이를 극복하고 지속가능하게 할 수 있는 가능성에 대해서 논의하였다. 이를 바탕으로 단지 대량 생산된 상품과 산업으로서의 문화가 아니라 국가 간, 문화 간 대화와 상호이해를 통한 호혜적인 대중문화의 가능성과 이를 통한 평화로운 지역 공동체의 유지 가능성에 대해 모색하고자 하였다.

숭고의 개념은 고대 수사학에서 최초로 나타났으나 문화적으로는 근대 정신의 산물이다. 고대 로마의 롱기누스에 의해 처음 미학의 역사에 등장한 숭고는 그 이후 오랫동안 미학의 관심 영역 밖에 머물다 낭만주의 시대에 이르러 근대 미학의 요청에 의해 새로운 미적 범주로 자리 잡았고, 최근에는 포스트모던한 감수성의 문제와 관련하여 다시금 광범위한 관심을 끌고 있다. 이 글에서는 칸트 미학의 체계에서 숭고의 이론이 어떻게 제기되는지 검토한 후, 료따르가 칸트의 숭고 이론을 어떻게 해석하고 어떻게 아방가르드의 논리에 접목시켜 포스트모던의 예술론을 전개하는지를 살피고 있다. 료따르는 우리의 상상력과 지각 능력을 초월하는 자연 대상의 몰형식성이 마음 속에서 이성의 이념을 환기시키고, 이 이념의 부정적 표현으로서 표현 불가능한 것을 그 자체로 드러내어 숭고의 감정을 유발한다는 칸트의 숭고 이론에서 아방가르드 정신의 싹을 발견하고 숭고를 포스트모던 문화의 감수성과 연결시켰다. 료따르에게서 포스트모더니즘은 모더니즘에서 표현할 수 없는 것을 표현 그 자체로 드러내는 것이다. 모든 현실이 허구화되고 파편화된 이미지로 분열된 포스트모던한 시대에, 숭고가 가진 무한성에 대한 미적 감수성이 이러한 기능을 충족시킨다. 료따르의 입장은 포스트모던 문화와 관련해, 숭고의 미적 감수성을 매개로 아방가르드 예술을 정당화하려는 시도로 보인다. 아방가르드 회화가 노리는 비결정성은 표현 불가능한 것을 사건 그 자체로 드러내는 숭고의 미학에서 성취된다. 그러나 아방가르드 예술이 예술에 대한 근본적인 반성을 통해 그 의미와 실천 영역을 넓힌 것은 사실로 인정하더라도 대중과의 원활한 소통은 여전히 큰 문제로 남는다.

The concept of sublime is appeared at first in the ancient rhetoric, but culturally it is product of the modern spirit. Sublime, which is appeared at first in the history of aesthetics by ancient roman Longinus, afterwards, has been stayed long time at outward of a boundary of aesthetic concern, attained its position of the aesthetic category in romantic era by the claim of the modern aesthetics, recently bring about a broad interest again concerning the matter of postmodern sensibility. In this paper, I investigate that how a theory of sublime is presented in the system of Kantian aesthetics and how to Lyothard interpret it, how to relates it to the logic of avantgarde, and then develop the logic of postmodern art. Lyothard has found a clue of the spirit of avantgarde in the Kantian logic of sublime, which is the formlessness of a natural objects which to transcend our imagination and perception awaken the idea of reason, in the negative representation of these ideas give rise to an emotion of sublime by reveal something which is unpresentable in itself. In Lyothard postmodernism is that which reveal an unpresentable into representation in itself. In postmodern era in which everything to be false and separated into fragmentary image, aesthetic sensibility to the infiniteness of sublime fulfills these function. Lyothard's attitude seems to be rationalize the art of avantgarde in relation to the postmodern culture in mediation of aesthetic sensibility of sublime.
