The purpose of this study was to examine the nature of the relationships between parents’supports for children(PSC) and parents’supports for teachers(PST) which are two factors of parents’supports for education(PSE), personal teacher efficacy(PTE) and general teaching efficacy(GTE) which are two factors of teacher efficacy(TE), and teachers’psychological burnout(PB) with a sample of middle, and high school teachers(N=366). Two factors of teacher efficacy was employed as variables mediating relations between parents’supports for education and psychological burnout in a structural model. Using a structural equation modeling, only personal teacher efficacy was negatively associated with psychological burnout that reflected of teachers' psychological state. Both factors of parents’supports for education were positively associated with personal teacher efficacy, but only parents’supports for teachers was positively associated with general teaching efficacy. parents’supports for teachers has a direct effect on psychological burnout, but there wasn't direct effect of parents’supports for children on psychological burnout. There wasn't indirect mediating effect on between parents’supports for education and psychological burnout by general teaching efficacy. There was an indirect effect; the relationship between parents’supports for education and psychological burnout was mediated by personal teacher efficacy. These findings imply that two factors of teacher efficacy have a different mediating effects on between parents’supports for education and psychological burnout.

본 연구는 교사의 심리적 소진 결정요인의 인과적 구조를 탐색할 목적으로 수행되었다. 선행연구 및 이론에 근거하여 학부모 교육지원의 두 차원인 교사지원과 자녀지원이 독립변인으로, 교사효능감의 두 차원인 개인적 교사효능감과 일반적 교수효능감이 매개변인으로 구조방정식에 포함되었다. 조사대상은 강원·경기·충청 지방에 근무하는 중·고등학교 교사 366명이었으며, 자료는 Lisrel 8.30을 통해 분석되었다. 분석결과, 학부모의 교사지원과 자녀지원은 모두 개인적 교사효능감에 정적인 관련성을 보였으나, 일반적 교사효능감에 대해서는 학부모의 교사지원만이 의의 있는 정적 관련성을 보였다. 매개변인인 교사효능감의 두 차원 중 개인적 교사효능감은 심리적 소진에 대해 정적 관련성을 보였으나, 일반적 교수효능감은 의의 있는 관련성을 보이지 않았다. 다음으로 학부모 교육지원의 두 차원 중 학부모의 교사지원은 교사의 심리적 소진에 대해 직접적인 부적 관련성을 보였으나, 학부모의 자녀지원은 유의미한 관련성을 보이지 않았다. 그러나 학부모의 교사지원과 자녀지원은 모두 개인적 교사효능감만을 매개로 심리적 소진에 부적 관련성을 보였다. 이는 교사효능감의 두 차원이 교사의 심리적 소진에 대해 차별적인 매개효과를 가진다는 것을 의미한다. 끝으로 본 연구 결과가 한국 교육에 시사하는 바에 대해 논의하였다.
