What and how to teach in GSIT's BA translation class - implications fromwriting education
Contents and methods of writing education can help to systemize BA translation teaching in GSIT. In this regard this paper introduces the process-oriented approach and the peer review method in writing education and proposes implications on translation teaching. Several stages in the writing process seem to be the same as the translation process, which means teaching tips for these stages can be shared. Peer review method is also useful in translation teaching. Students of GSIT showed active participation and interaction in a trial peer review. Peer comments were well thought-out and helpful.
